The taekwondo activities managed by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation for the Youth Olympics Games Cultural & Educational Programme were very popular among the visitors.
Under the supervision of Ng Lee Noi, Ho Mun Wai and a host of other volunteers conducted the activities comprising educational information on the sport and tryouts for the more adventurous. It was held on the 3rd floor of Suntec International Convention Hall from 15 to 18 August 2010.
The Korean National Demonstration Team members, who mesmerized the crowd with their performances on the main stage on two evenings, were also present to excite the participants with their skills and reveal the secrets of developing the various techniques.
Those who participated in the activities were given souvenirs and a certificate each.
