Despite several reminders, many volunteers for the Youth Olympic Games have not submitted their photographs. Their names can be found in the attached list.
Please note that, without the photographs, passes cannot be prepared and issued. Without passes, volunteers will not be allowed admission to the competition venue. Therefore, volunteers who are still interested in helping at the event are advised to submit their photographs immediately to Mr Lee Thiam Poh at leethiampoh@yahoo.com.sg.
Volunteers having problems with getting their photographs taken or sending their photographs are requested to attend the photo session which will be held on Sunday 6 June 2010 at 2.00pm. Photographs of volunteers will be taken free of charge.
As there are more volunteers than required, those who fail to send their photographs by Monday 7 June 2010 will be removed from the volunteer list.
